We adopted this structure to make the process simpler, faster, and more consistent across all MINHS service locations.

How We Estimate Your Project

1. Virtual Estimates (Preferred)

Most projects can be estimated virtually, which saves time and reduces cost for everyone.
To help us prepare an accurate quote, we ask customers—when possible—to submit:

• Photos

• Short videos

• Brief descriptions of the issue or project

Once received, our team reviews the information and prepares a detailed job-based estimate.

2. Onsite Estimates

If a virtual estimate isn’t possible due to the complexity of the work or unclear conditions, we’ll schedule an onsite visit to complete the assessment.
(Any relevant assessment fees will always be communicated upfront.)

Minimum Service Charge

We have a $145 minimum service charge for all projects.
This covers:

• Dispatching a qualified service technician

• Travel and preparation

• Jobsite evaluation

• Minor repairs that can be completed quickly

If your project exceeds the minimum, your estimate will reflect the full job-based price.

What Affects Price?

Every project is different, but common factors include:

• Scope and complexity of work

• Accessibility (height, tight spaces, stair locations, etc.)

• Specialty materials or customer-requested upgrades

• Whether the customer has materials onsite

• Additional services such as material pickup

Your estimate will always include:

• A clear description of what we’re doing

• A fixed job price (not hourly)

• Any required material pickup fees

• Any specialty-item surcharges (if applicable)
