Estimate Terms & Conditions

1. Estimate Validity & Adjustments

Estimates are valid for 7 days and subject to change due to material costs, scope modifications, or unforeseen conditions. A revised estimate will require customer approval before work proceeds.

2. Scope of Work & Changes

The estimate covers only the agreed-upon work. Changes, additions, or unforeseen issues will require a new or updated estimate for approval before proceeding.

3. Materials & Supply Costs

Customers must provide all project materials. If the Company purchases materials, the cost will be added to the invoice. A $40 material pickup fee applies if the Company procures materials.

4. Property Assessment Fee

A $35 non-refundable assessment fee applies to all on-site estimates. This fee is credited toward the final invoice if the project is approved.

5. Estimate Approval & Scheduling

Work begins only after written estimate approval. Scheduling is based on availability and may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Labor, Completion Time & Exclusions

Labor timeframes are approximate and may vary due to conditions beyond the Company’s control. The following services are not included unless explicitly stated:

8. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payments:

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum 24-hour notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the estimated project cost.

10. Customer Satisfaction & Liability

A final walk-through will be conducted upon completion. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, customer-supplied materials, or third-party modifications.
